WHERE IT ALL STARTED

I was 10 or 11 the first time I played. Loon Lake, Saskatchewan — summers there, every year. My parents played. My grandparents played. My great-grandparents played. Four generations on the same course.

That's not a backstory. That's just how it was. Golf gave me some of my favorite memories, and eventually it gave me a reason to build something of my own.

Plaid Gorilla Golf grew out of that — a real love for the game and a desire to create a brand that feels true to the way I've always experienced it.

We make golf apparel designed to look right on the course and everywhere after it. Clean designs, premium feel, limited drops, and no throwaway details.

The goal was simple: create golf apparel that feels more distinctive than traditional golf brands, but more wearable than loud novelty gear. Something sharp, easy to wear, and built with intention.

CLASSICALLY CHAOTIC

The name didn't come from a boardroom. It came from cheap plaid shirts, late nights, and a nickname that stuck. Years later, when it was time to build something around the game I love, that name came back.

Plaid is golf's traditional side — heritage, tartan, the classic clubhouse. Gorilla is the other side — bold, unpredictable, and a little unhinged. Put them together and you get Plaid Gorilla: a brand built for golfers who take the game seriously and themselves less so.
