Shipping Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-5 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen at checkout.

Where We Ship

  • Plaid Gorilla Golf ships from Spruce Grove, Alberta, Canada. We ship to addresses across Canada, the United States, and select international destinations.
  • If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at sales@plaidgorillagolf.com and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of pickup by the courier.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Plaid Gorilla Golf is not responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the buyer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  • Delays due to customs are beyond our control and we are not responsible for any such delays.

Damages

  • Plaid Gorilla Golf is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
